About
Manufacturing experience. Systems thinking. Practical delivery.
I am Mane Atanasov, based in Skopje, North Macedonia. ERP Core is my professional platform for the work I know best: improving the connection between plant operations and enterprise systems.
My perspective
Begin where the work happens.
I learned manufacturing systems through the day-to-day realities of material flow, inventory, planning, warehouse transactions and production support. That experience still guides how I approach architecture and transformation.
Since 2013, my career has moved from hands-on automotive plant work to ERP process ownership, multi-plant standardization and central systems leadership across Europe and Africa. I have worked with operations teams, plant leaders, developers and business owners to turn system ideas into repeatable practices.
Today my scope includes ERP, planning, BI and data engineering initiatives, including Palantir Foundry back-end work. My role is often to connect people who see different parts of the same problem—and make the solution usable for all of them.
How I approach a challenge
Clarity before configuration.
See the processUnderstand physical movement, decisions and exceptions.
Define ownershipMake responsibilities and data definitions explicit.
Build for adoptionTest with users, support rollout and measure use.
Professional background
From plant systems to regional scope.
I hold a BSc in Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies, with a focus on Informatics and Computer Engineering, from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje.
My professional experience spans automotive manufacturing, ERP and supply chain systems, operational process design, WMS and APS strategy, analytics and data governance.
The turning point · 2015
From supporting plant systems to designing an operating model.
My work at Johnson Controls put me close to the daily reality of manufacturing: material movement, warehouse transactions, production needs, and the systems people relied on.
Moving to Lear Corporation in 2015 brought a new location, a higher-level position, and broader responsibility.
In my first assignment, I was tasked with creating an ERP core model for operations where shared rules and processes had not yet been established. The work connected logistics and supply chain, production, engineering, finance alignment, and IT setup. I designed process flows, documented how the work should be performed, and trained users to follow the new model.
That transition shaped the way I work today: begin with the real operation, define how its parts connect, and make the system usable for the people responsible for it.
