Career path

Operations, ERP, planning and data.

The through-line is practical: understand how a factory works, then make its systems support the work reliably.

2015–present · Lear Corporation

Central manufacturing and supply chain systems

Work and responsibility

Started with QAD implementation and key-user work in trim plants, then moved into central supply chain and ERP responsibilities. Later scope grew to multi-plant ERP, planning, warehouse strategy, BI and data initiatives across Europe and Africa. Current role: Senior MP&L Manager / Systems.

2013–2015 · Johnson Controls

Plant IT systems and business analysis

Work and responsibility

Worked with MFG/PRO, warehouse and EDI systems alongside production planning, inventory, material flow, launch support and operational analysis in automotive trim manufacturing.

2011–2013 · Early career

IT support and software delivery

Work and responsibility

Built practical foundations in business IT support, networks, invoicing workflows and web development, including an ASP.NET recruitment platform project.

Education

Engineering and computing

Work and responsibility

BSc in Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies, Informatics and Computer Engineering, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje.

The turning point · 2015

From supporting plant systems to designing an operating model.

My work at Johnson Controls put me close to the daily reality of manufacturing: material movement, warehouse transactions, production needs, and the systems people relied on.

Moving to Lear Corporation in 2015 brought a new location, a higher-level position, and broader responsibility.

In my first assignment, I was tasked with creating an ERP core model for operations where shared rules and processes had not yet been established. The work connected logistics and supply chain, production, engineering, finance alignment, and IT setup. I designed process flows, documented how the work should be performed, and trained users to follow the new model.

That transition shaped the way I work today: begin with the real operation, define how its parts connect, and make the system usable for the people responsible for it.

Applied LLM engineering.

Learning in progress

I am developing my understanding of LLM engineering and its possible use in industry. This is an early-stage learning path alongside my established ERP, operations and data experience.

Future entries will distinguish a learning exercise, a tested prototype and a production system, with the question, method, result and limitations visible.
